COMPLETE PLANNING
From Start to Finish planning and coordinating! Sit back and relax as we take care of all aspects of planning!
Included:
an initial meeting to set you up for success before the planning timeframe begins
a planning meeting, phone or in person, every 4-6 weeks, once the planning timeframe begins
a site visit to ceremony & reception locations to create a logistical plan
ceremony + reception floor plan development and creation
detailed timeline creation, vendor contact list and decor setup game plan
communicating with all vendors to confirm timeline, delivery times, payment requirements, etc.
setup and styling of both purchased and rental items on the wedding day
Packing up your personal items safely in the predetermined location at the end of the night
attendance at all design meetings with your florist, stationary designer, rental company, etc. to ensure the wedding design is seamless and every detail is cared for.
help with rehearsal dinner (planning and decorating)
1 hour for ceremony rehearsal direction with the religious leader or officiant
up to 12 hours on wedding day (includes one assistant for 150 guests or less. An additional assistant for $250 is required for every additional 50 guests over 150.)
